Captain Willy Everglades Tours<\/strong> offers two main tours categories, Semi-Private<\/strong> and Private<\/strong>, for the visitors to decide if they want to share or not, the airboat space with other group of visitors. \n The Everglades<\/h2>

The Everglades is a subtropical wetland ecosystem spanning two million acres across central and south Florida. During the wet season, Lake Okeechobee overflows, releasing water into a very slow moving, shallow river dominated by sawgrass marsh\u2014dubbed the “river of grass.” The water flows southward, passing through diverse habitats, including cypress swamps, wet prairie, and mangroves, until it reaches Everglades National Park and eventually Florida Bay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Myself, my wife and 2 kids signed up trough TripAdvisor for an airboat tour on April 14th. We met up with Captain Willy at a nearby gas station, followed him boarding entrance to the Everglades. The ride was smooth and fun, and our boat Captain knew some great spots for alligator viewing as well as teaching us about some of the flora and fauna of the Everglades. Really great experience, thanks Captain Willy!<\/p>\r\n
